It is having promising effects for paralysis when the oil is massaged gently on affected parts. But mainly this oil is sold in market for itsaphrodisiac properties. The oil is used externally for this purpose. It is considered hot in nature. Few drops of oil is massaged externally. Its effectiveness ensures that this oil remains in shortage in most part of the year and is sold for a very high price. The malpractice of adulteration is very common. The traditional healers of Chhattisgarh prepare this oil by adding herbs in it.
