बालों को दोबारा उगाना अब शायद हो जाए बच्चों का खेल:  पंकज अवधिया की जंगल डायरी  (जून २० , २०१५  से आगे )  वर्ष १९९० से मैंने जिन  औषधीय वनस्पतियों पर अपने शोध को केंद्रित किया उनमे से वे भी वनस्पतियाँ थी जिनमे बालों को दुबारा उगाने की क्षमता थी. पिछले २५ वर्षों में मैं अनगिनत पारम्परिक चिकितसकों से मिला जो की दावा  करते रहे है कि वे बालों को दोबारा उगा  सकते हैं, उनके ज्ञान का मैंने विधिवत दस्तावेजीकरण किया। उनके नुस्खों की परीक्षा  की उनमे सुधार किये और साथ ही उनकी सीमाओं  के विषय में पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों को बताया। बालों पर हजारों लेख और फिल्मे जिन्हे मैंने अपने वानस्पतिक सर्वेक्षणों के आधार पर बनाया था उन्हें नेट पर अपलोड किया  ताकि नई पीढ़ी के शोध कर्ता इसमें रूचि लें और नुस्खों को  और अधिक कारगर बनाये।  यदि आप मुझसे पूछें कि क्या आपको बालों को उगाने का पाइफेक्ट फार्मूला मिल गया और मैं  कह सकता हूँ कि हाँ मुझे मिल  गया है. फिर आप पूछ सकते हैं कि किस घने जंगल में मिला और कितनी मशक्क़त करनी पडी तो मेरा उत्तर शायद आपको चौंका देगा। मुझे बालों को दोबारा उगा देने वाली  दवा अपने ही

डायलिसिस से वापसी सम्भव है विसिया जैसी अनमोल  वनस्पतियों की सहायता से:  पंकज अवधिया की जंगल डायरी  (जून २० , २०१५  से आगे )  दिल्ली से एक शोधार्थी का फोन आता है कि वह किडनी  के रोगों पर  शोध कर रहा है और विसिया नामक वनस्पति के माध्यम से  किडनी रोगों की  चिकित्सा के कारगर उपाय खोज रहा है. उसकी शिकायत है कि  मैंने  ६०० से अधिक घंटों की फिल्म  तो तैयार कर दी पर विसिया पर ज्यादा कुछ नही बताया। उसकी शिकायत अपनी जगह पर सही है पर  यह  भी सत्य है कि  किडनी  के रोगों पर  मेरा कार्य अभी पूरी तरह से नेट पर नही आया है. अपलोड की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे कार्यों में विसिया से संबंधित अनगिनत नुस्खे भी  हैं.  विसिया  की सहायता से  किडनी रोगों की चिकित्सा के  विषय  में न ही प्राचीन विशेषज्ञों ने  लिखा और न ही आधुनिक शोधकर्ताओं ने इसमें रूचि दिखाई। पिछले महीने ही मुंबई से परामर्श के लिए आये एक व्यक्ति को मैंने विसिया पर आधारित पारम्परिक औषधीय मिश्रणों को लेने का सुझाव दिया। उनके निज चिकित्स्क मुंबई के जाने-माने  नेफ्रोलॉजिस्ट  भी साथ आये थे और उनका मानना था कि एक बार डायलिसिस शुरू  हो जाने पर फिर वापसी
