काँटे ही काँटे है पारम्परिक चिकित्सकीय ज्ञान के दस्तावेजीकरण मे : भाग –छै [अंतिम किश्त]

एक जटिल पहलू यह भी है कि लाखो भारतीय विदेशो मे है। उनमे से बहुत से वहाँ बस चुके है। निश्चित ही पारम्परिक ज्ञान भी उनके साथ गया है। काफी बडी मात्रा मे। आगामी पीढी मे यह उस देश का पारम्परिक ज्ञान बन जायेगा। नयी पीढी उस पर हक जतायेगी फिर क्या होगा? यह सचमुच जटिल समस्या है। कुछ विशेषज्ञ कहते है कि वे वनस्पतियाँ जो केवल भारत मे होती है उस पर सदा ही भारत का हक रहेगा। यानि आलू से यदि माइग्रेन का उपचार हमारे पारम्परिक चिकित्सक विकसित करे तो इस पर हमारा हक नही रहेगा? हक सदा पेरू का रहेगा जहाँ से आलू आया? मेरा मानना है कि यदि पूरी दुनिया के ज्ञान को मानव जाति का ज्ञान माने और फिर इसे बचाने का प्रयास करे तो सभी कुछ सुलझ सकता है। सभी मिलकर ज्ञान के उपयोग से लाभ कमाने का मंसूबा पाले लोगो के हौसले पस्त करे ताकि ज्ञान का सही उपयोग हो सके। मै स्वप्न देखता हूँ कि कभी राज्य के पारम्परिक चिकित्सको को एक मंच मे लाकर उन्हे आपसी चर्चा का मौका दे सकूँ। अभी तो मै सब से अलग-अलग मिल पाता हूँ। वे आपस मे किसी भी तरह से नही जुडे है। यदि विश्व भर के पारम्परिक चिकित्सक एक मंच पर आ गये तो फिर कोई उन्हे विश्व कल्य़ाण से नही रोक सकता। पर इसकी सम्भावना कम ही लगती है क्योकि विश्व के देशो मे ही एका नही है तो फिर लोग कैसे जुडेंगे? पर पारम्परिक ज्ञान पर जब चर्चा हो तो इस विषय को शामिल करना भी जरूरी है।

चन्द दिनो पहले मेरे इस दस्तावेजाकरण पर विपरीत टिप्पणी करने वाले एक शख़्स की बातो ने मुझे प्रेरित किया कि मै अपने अनुभवो और दर्द को सामने रखूँ। अंग्रेजी मे मैने अपने अनुभवो को बहुत बार लिखा है पर आम लोगो के लिये मैने उनकी ही भाषा मे लिखने का मन बनाया। कल से यह लेख मै लिख रहा हूँ। पूरे दो दिन दस्तावेजीकरण का कार्य ठप्प रहा। गुजरे हुये दो दिन अब फिर जीवन मे नही आयेंगे। पर चलिये इस बहाने आपको कुछ कडवे सच का पता चला। यदि आपको लगता है कि पारम्परिक ज्ञान और पारम्परिक चिकित्सको को बचाना जरूरी है तो आप भी इस कार्य मे अपने तरीके से जुट जाइये। यदि आपके पास प्रश्न हो तो मुझे लिखे ताकि शंकाओ का समाधान हो सके। युवा इसे पढकर निराश न हो। आशा की किरण मुझे दिख रही है। सामने चलने वालो को तो सब कुछ झेलना पडता है। यह जग की रीत है और वैसे भी यहाँ कार्य की असली पहचान मरणोपरांत होती है। फिर क्या घबराना?
