व्यवसायीकरण की प्रतीक्षा में हाई ब्लड प्रेशर से निपटने का अनोखा ज्ञान
"मैं जिस पद पर हूँ वहां तो तनाव से बचा ही नहीं जा सकता| तीन कम्पनियों का प्रमुख होने के नाते दिन भर मुझे मातहतों से कडाई से पेश आना होता है| तनाव के कारण उच्च रक्तचाप की समस्या बढ़ती जा रही है| ढेरों दवाएं की पर लाभ अब कम होता जा रहा है| दवाओं के साइड इफेक्ट सामने आने लगे हैं| आपके लेख पढे तो मुझे लगा कि एक बार आपसे मिलना चाहिए| सो, चला आया|" यह बात पांच वर्ष पुरानी है| मैंने उनकी दवाओं की पर्ची देखी तो सिर घूम गया| दवा लेते लेते वे खुद भी डाक्टर की तरह जानकार बन गए थे पर अपने मर्ज से नहीं उबर पा रहे थे| जिस दिन वे मुझसे मिलने आये उस दिन मैं जंगल जाने की योजना बना रहा था| थोड़ी ही सी चर्चा से मुझे लगा कि इन्हें साथ में ले जाया जा सकता है|

इस जंगल यात्रा के दौरान हम दसों पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों से मिले पर सभी ने दवाएं सुझाई| दिल्ली वाले कम्पनी प्रमुख नए प्रयोगों के लिए तैयार नहीं थे| बीच में जंगल में ही रुककर भोजन किया| भोजन के बाद मैं आस-पास की वनस्पतियों के चित्र लेने लगा फिर वापस लौटा तो देखा एक वृक्ष समूह के पास महाशय बेफिक्री से सोये हुए हैं| जंगल जंगली जानवरों से भरा था, यह जानते हुए भी वे खर्राटे भर रहे थे| बड़ी मुश्किल से वे जागे तो उन्होंने जिद की कि आधे घंटे और सोने दिया जाए| उनकी बात मान ली गयी| मैं उन वृक्ष समूहों को निहारने लगा| मेरी दिमागी हार्ड डिस्क सक्रिय हो गयी| उनके उपयोग और उनसे जुडी यादें परत दर परत सामने आने लगी| अचानक उत्तरी छत्तीसगढ़ के वानस्पतिक सर्वेक्षण के दौरान हुए अनुभव याद आने लगे| एक बुजुर्ग पारम्परिक चिकित्सक याद आये जो वृक्षों की छांव के औषधीय गुणों के जानकार थे|

वे जब भी मैदानी भाग में आते तो धान के खेतों की मेड पर उगे बबूल के पेड़ों को देखकर कह पड़ते कि ये निश्चित ही उपयोगी है पर इनकी छाँव सबके लिए हितकर नहीं है| उन्होंने जिद करके बहुत से किसानो की मेड़ों से बबूल को कटवा दिया| किसान नाराज हुए पर कुछ ही समय में जब वे रोगों से छुटकारा पाने लगे तो उन्हें आभास होने लगा कि साक्षात ईश्वर उनके खेत में पधारे थे| बबूल कटवाने के विपरीत बहुत से किसानो को उन्होंने बबूल की संख्या को बढाने के लिए कहा| उन किसानो का भी लाभ हुआ| मैं पूरे समय उनके साथ रहा और उनके अनुभव पर आश्चर्य करता रहा कि कैसे एक ही वृक्ष एक के लिए वरदान हो सकता है दूसरे के लिए अभिशाप|

"ऐसी नींद सालों के बाद आयी| पूरी तरह से तरोताजा कर गयी|" कम्पनी प्रमुख का चेहरा खिला हुआ था| साथ चल रहे स्थानीय व्यक्ति से मैंने उन वृक्षों की जड़ें खुदवाई और फिर उनके छोटे टुकड़ों की एक माला बनवा ली| कम्पनी प्रमुख को वह माला देकर कहा कि इस माला को पहनिए और तनाव कम करने का प्रयास करिए| यह सारा कुछ उन महान पारम्परिक चिकित्सक का पढ़ाया सीखाया था जो किसानो के ईश्वर बन गए थे| कम्पनी प्रमुख लौट गए और समय-समय पर माला के चमत्कारी गुणों के बारे में बताते रहे| इस घटना ने मुझे प्रेरित किया कि मै इस जानकारी को उन हजारों पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों के साथ बांटू जिनसे मै अक्सर मिलता रहता हूँ| दो सालों तक मैंने यह कार्य किया बिना किसी बाधा के| जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि ज्ञान बांटने से बढ़ता है| जब मैंने पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों को इसके बारे में बताया तो उन्होंने अपने अनुभव मेरे साथ बांटे| बताया कि माला से नहीं खडाऊ और दूसरी पहनी जा सकने वाली सामग्रियों से ज्यादा असर दिख सकता है| उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि वर्ष के किस महीने में पौध भागों का एकत्रण अधिक लाभ दे सकता है| कैसे औषधीय गुणों से परिपूर्ण वृक्षों की पहचान करनी है| कितने दिनों तक ऐसी वस्तुओं का प्रयोग करना है| ज्यादातर पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों ने तो उनके ज्ञान को गुप्त रखने को कहा पर बहुत से पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों ने जन-सेवा के लिए इसे बाँट देने को भी कहा|

काफी जानकारी एकत्र करने के बाद मैंने कम्पनी प्रमुख को फोन करके बुलवाया और फिर उन्हें अधिक प्रभावकारी रूपों में यही सामग्री दी| उन्हें आश्वस्त किया कि आपको तनाव से बचने की जरूरत नहीं है| जी भर के तनाव करे आपका शरीर सब कुछ झेल लेगा|" मेरी बात सुनकर वे चौंके| लगा जैसे उन्हें मेरे आत्मविश्वास से ईर्ष्या हो रही है| फिर उनके स्वास्थ्य की अच्छी खबरें आने लगी|

कल ही वे फिर आने वाले है परिष्कृत सामग्री लेने| बीते हुए इन वर्षों में मैंने असंख्य लोगों को रक्त चाप पर नियंत्रण रखने वाली बाहरी प्रयोग की ऐसी सामग्रियां दी और लगातार उनसे संपर्क में रहा| पारम्परिक चिकित्सकों से लगातार संपर्क से इन सामग्रियों में सुधार होता रहा जिसका सीधा फ़ायदा रोगियों को हुआ| इन सामग्रियों को मांग अनुसार वनवासी बनाते रहे हैं| उन्होंने कभी भी इन्हें खुले बाजार में बेचने की चेष्टा नही की| उन्हें अपनी मेहनत के पैसे मिलते रहे और रोगियों की दुआ भी| अब तो वे अपनी ओर से कुछ नहीं मांगते है| रोगी अपनी श्रद्धा से जो देते हैं वे ले लेते हैं| यकीन मानिए ये उनके मेहनताने से कही अधिक होता है|

आज जब टीवी चैनलों पर खालिस पत्थरों की माला बेची जा रही है सारे रोग हरने वाले उपाय के तौर पर या घर को पैसों से भर देने वाले यंत्र के रूप में तो सही असर करने वाली पारम्परिक ज्ञान से समृद्ध यह सामग्री निश्चित ही कम समय में अपना बाजार बना लेगी| यदि सेवा के तौर पर ही केवल लागत मूल्य लेकर इन्हें उपलब्ध करवाया जाए तो यह सोने में सुहागा वाली बात होगी| व्यापारिक पूछताछ तो लगातार होती रहती है पर ज्यादातर लोग इन सामग्रियों को तैयार करने की श्रमसाध्य विधियों को नही अपनाना चाहते हैं| वे शार्ट-कट के जरिये इस अनोखे कांसेप्ट से पैसा बनाना चाहते हैं| ऐसे में रोगियों की सेवा का उद्देश्य धरा का धरा रह जाता है|
