Apamarg (Achyranthes aspera L.) based Herbal Formulations in Indian Traditional Healing: Pankaj Oudhia’s Ethnobotanical Surveys from year 1990 to 2012. Part-14 Pankaj Oudhia Introductory Note Achyranthes aspera holds a reputed position as Miracle Herb in Indian Traditional Healing. The detailed Ethnobotanical Surveys focused on Achyranthes aspera are in progress since 1990. In first and second phases information on over 150,000 Achyranthes based Herbal Formulations has been documented and added in Pankaj Oudhia’s Medicinal Plant Database. When it is felt that over 150,000 Herbal Formulations are just a tip of iceberg, third and fourth phases of the surveys were conducted. It resulted in new Herbal Formulations.
