Hey guys I need some help. Somedays i feel very warm from inside specially my forehead, mouth, arms and hands and feet. Yesterday i was feeling the same way and when i lie down to sleep my nose started bleeding. I don't know whats going on. I feel heaviness in my head and a headache.
