मधुमेह से सम्बन्धित हमारा पारम्परिक चिकित्सकीय ज्ञान : उपयोगी लिंक

मधुमेह से छुटकारा मिल सकेगा अब विशुद्ध देशी ज्ञान से

आपने मधुमेह की चिकित्सा मे उपयोग होने वाली वनौषधीयो के विषय मे तो सुना ही होगा और आप मे से बहुत से लोग इनका उपयोग भी करते होंगे पर यदि आपको पता चले कि पारम्परिक चिकित्सा मे नाना प्रकार के ऐसे उपाय है जो कि बिना किसी नुक्सान के कम समय मे प्रभावी रूप से आपको इस महारोग से मुक्ति दिलवा सकते है तो निश्चित ही इन्हे अपनाना चाहेंगे। इन उपायो मे नंगे पैरो से ताजी वनौषधीयो को कुचलना, पुराने पेडो की छाँव मे घंटो बैठना, पितृ पेडो के बीच की दूरी तय करना, औषधीय चावल का प्रयोग, खरपतवारो को साग की तरह उपयोग करना, नाना प्रकार की माला का प्रयोग आदि प्रमुख है। यह कहना गलत नही होगा कि हमारे अपने होते हुये भी हमने कभी इन उपायो के विषय मे जानने की कोशिश नही की। यही कारण है कि आज हम इस महारोग के लिये विदेशी नुक्सानदायक दवाओ पर निर्भर है।

दस वर्ष पूर्व जब मैने वनौषधीयो से सम्बन्धित परम्परिक ज्ञान का दस्तावेजीकरण आरम्भ किया तो मुझे न केवल अनोखे चिकित्सा उपायो के विषय मे जानने का अवसर मिला बल्कि उनके जमीनी स्तर पर उपयोग को भी मैने सामने से देखा। जब इस ज्ञान को लिख्नना आरम्भ किया तो इसके विस्तार को देखते हुये इसके प्रकाशन मे मुश्किले आने लगी। अनुमानित कुल पन्नो की संख्या लाखो मे है। अंतत: इंटरनेट के माध्यम से इसे प्रकाशित करने का निर्णय लिया।

शुरु मे पारम्परिक चिकित्सको द्वारा तैयार एक वर्षीय अर्थात 52 सप्ताह की सप्ताहवली पर ध्यान केन्द्रित किया गया। आम तौर पर एक-एक वर्ष के चार समूह बनाये जाते है और रोगी की दशा के आधार पर चिकित्सा के अलग-अलग काल मे अलग-अलग समूहो का प्रयोग किया जाता है। हमारे प्राचीन ग्रंथो मे वनोषधीयो का तो काफी वर्णन मिलता है पर लम्बे समय तक प्रतिदिन कैसे दवा ली जाये –इस विषय मे कम जांनकारी है। यह जानकारी वर्तमान दस्तावेजीकरण से मिल रही है। आम तौर पर केवल मधुमेह की ही चिकित्सा की जाती है पर यदि इसके साथ दूसरे रोग भी हो तो असम्जस की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाती है। वर्तमान दस्तावेज इस कमी को पूरा करते है।

इंटरनेट पर यह दस्तावेजीकरण Ecoport.org पर उपलब्ध है। यह विडम्बना ही है कि पीढीयो से सफलतापूर्वक प्रयोग हो रहे इस ज्ञान को आधुनिक मान्यता दिलवाने के लिये आधुनिक विज्ञान की कसौटी पर इसे परखा जायेगा। उसके बाद ही इसके आम प्रयोग को मान्यता मिलेगी। इस दस्तावेजीकरण का पहला चरण 2009 तक पूरा होने की सम्भावना है। इस चरण तक दो लाख से भी अधिक प्रकाशित पृष्ठो मे यह ज्ञान सामने होगा। यद्यपि यह एक व्यक्ति का बिना किसी आर्थिक सहायता से किया जा रहा कार्य है पर उत्साही लोगो का साथ इस भारतीय ज्ञान के दस्तावेजीकरण मे निश्चित ही गति लायेगा।

Agronomist and Homoeopath by academic qualification Pankaj Oudhia is engaged in documentation of traditional medicinal knowledge about herbs in Chhattisgarh, India as Freelance researcher. His main fields of research are Allelopathy, Ethnobotany, Agrohomoeopathy and Ethnoentomology. Oudhia has published over 112 research papers in journals of national and international repute. He has participated in over 70 science conferences, seminars, workshops etc. His over 20,000 research documents are available on-line at Botanical.com and Ecoport.org. He is writing science articles in Hindi for Indian farmers. At present he is writing regularly in more than 18 farm magazines. He has published over 2000 Hindi science articles. He has organized two National Seminars on Indian medicinal plants. He has written four books. He is providing technical guidance for the identification, conservation, commercial cultivation, processing, marketing etc. of over 75 medicinal and aromatic herbs to the farmers around the world.

He is convener of Yahoo! E-discussion groups on Parthenium, Jatropha, Stevia, marketing of medicinal plants and Safed Musli.
